Questions about getting HX rims for 99 civic.
 

I know the HX rims will fit my 99 civic. Currently I have 185/65/14 tires on my stock rims.

Will these tires fit the HX rims???
I don't want to buy new tires for the HX rims.

Also where can I find some HX rims for $200-250???
I need 4 HX rims.

Ought to fit, look on ebay and honda-tech, or any place you'd expect to find honda rims for sale.

You need to know for sure? Here is an easy test:

Are they both 14 inch Honda rims?

Then they should fit.

Another test. Take 30 seconds and go to tirerack.com. Put in a Civic HX as your vehicle. From there you can find out what the stock tire size is.
