I wish you would of posted this earlier! I would of been there today! I WILL be going within a month! This is a car museum I can talk the wife into going to - I can only drag her to Don Garlit's museum so many times.

Give it an ADC 8" motor, Zilla 1k controller, and as large of aThundersky pack as will fit. Would probably need a transmission upgrade, but even with only about 60 peak horsepower on tap, a curb weight of what would be ~1,100 pounds or so would easily allow 0-60 ~ 7 seconds. Range would be outstanding, near 250 miles if a hardtop was fabricated for this with the optimal taper.

Would be a fun little car to zip around in and wouldn't be too terribly expensive to buy a LiIon pack for it since the pack would be so small.

I was surprised to see that the museum is only open on Tues, Wed, Thurs each day being 3 hours. :(

I was even more surprised to show this website to the spouse and she is eager to go!! Soooo, a trip is planned to go soon. I Yahoo mapped it and its about 6 hours away. Woohoo! Roadtrip!!
