Got the FREE engine tonight

Here it is in all it's ummm....glory.

It has the intake manifold (which is what I was after), header, downpipe, alternator, and automatic transmission.

This is what I was after :

Has the fuel rail and all 4 injectors. Now I just got to figure out a list of all the other parts I will need and get them together, read, read, and read and read some more so I know how all of this actually ends up working.

Well done! Free parts are the best parts.

If anyone needs anything let me know.

Cost would be whatever the shipping might be. Some of it I might keep for myself though if it will fit my engine.

Sweet... obd1 injectors means you no longer need that pesky injector resistor box.

Now it's time to find an MPFI distributor

OBD1 MPFI dizzies are dirt cheap, ;)

I thought he was staying obd0 though

He'll never forgive himself if he does!

Yeah, I thought he was too, but I'm just saying, cheap cheap.

Yes, unfortunately this didn't come with the distributor.

Are the main parts that I have left to get a new ECU and distributor?

I think that I am going to need some miscellaneous wiring, plugs, hoses etc.

I also might as well go through the intake and clean it all up real good right? It looks pretty dirty and grimey on the inside.
