WTB: Civic VX or CRX HF (TN, S.C., N.C area)
 

I am looking for a Civic VX or CRX HF.
I am currently in Eastern TN, but will be moving to Northwest S.C. in January.

What's your price range/expected condition? (I'll be on the lookout for you)

I would like to find one between $2000 and 3000. I am looking for something in decent mechanical shape. The body doesn’t bother me as much because I have access to a body shop.

All of the ones I have been able to find have been motor swapped and riced out by kids.

engine swaps are not as commen as ricers would like to think, so my recomendation is to learn what a stock HF and VX engine look like, then find out what stock parts they still have, remember that people are lazy, and not to smart, so the first thing to swap is wheels, then exaust, lowering, fake carbonfiber hood, really tho, the worst part of a riced out car is that they have been abused, so find out how long they have owned it.

I have an ugly vx thats all stock lots of new mechanical Parts.... 2200 runs like a champ

I have a 1991 CRX HF that's stock and gets great mileage if you're interested.
