1992 Honda VX
Hello -
EDIT : A 1993 Honda VX!!!!!!!!!!! My mistake :( . This car is for sale by one of my wife's mechanics customers. It is very well maintained. It has NOT been abused. Only 98K on a 1992 has got to be pretty good, right? https://home.earthlink.net/~cfg83/gas...00_forsale.jpg https://home.earthlink.net/~cfg83/gas...sengerside.jpg https://home.earthlink.net/~cfg83/gas...x/02_front.jpg https://home.earthlink.net/~cfg83/gas...driverside.jpg https://home.earthlink.net/~cfg83/gas...vx/04_rear.jpg Some ouchies : https://home.earthlink.net/~cfg83/gas...sengerdent.jpg https://home.earthlink.net/~cfg83/gas...bumperdent.jpg CarloSW2 |
Man, those cars are pricey.

It actually says 93 in the window! Oh no! But yeah, they VX is too expensive these days. You can still get an engine for 550 shipped though, :p
|
Yet even more evidence that the Honda Hatchbacks are much more desired than the Geo Metro. Either that or the guy selling it is crazy for asking that kind of money.

The VX is a bit more utile than the metro, and a lot more sexy. Besides, it's got 92 hp of fury and is still up there with all but the xfi.

98K/14 years => about 7K miles per year. In LA I would expect twice that many miles, or close to 200K miles. Metro's are MPG Rock Stars, but nobody wants 'em. CarloSW2 |
I Like the color. i looked in autotrader online and most of the vx's i found are white or red. was just looking to see if any close to me.

https://www.autobytel.com/content/Research/Kbb/index.cfm Since I didn't know the details of the car, I didn't add any junk like AC to the list of options. I classified it as "Good" because of the dents. The Blue Book came out to be $3,055. When I classified it as "Excellent", it came out to be $3,430. CarloSW2 |
