Geneva Motor Show: Toyota Hybrid-X concept

A look ahead to the 08 Prius? The article itself doesn't offer much except marketing/design-babble.

Even Honda has given up on them! (Wimps!) Haven't seen them on any of their recent hybrid concept cars.

I'm sure the impact of radiusing the aft part of the arches is marginal.

But the game of the aerodynamicist, after choosing a good basic form to start with, is doing a whole bunch of marginal tweaks that collectively add up to a significant impact.

Hey, the car in the background is Honda's fuel cell car, nifty.

The British magazine "CAR" had a write up on it a couple of months ago, truly amazing work. I have my copy at home if you want to see it. :p

Oh and it actually works too. At least long enough for the Brits to have a drive. It convinced the typically skeptical writers of CAR. Plus it looks GREAT! I hope the new Accord looks something like it.
