I really like the word "micro" hybrid, so I will be watching for it. The company below told me they have sold motors that replaced the alternator.
"Also replacing the alternator with the brush-less Etek would work. We have done this with the brushed version." The brushless allows regen. https://www.electricmotorsport.com/PARTS/parts.htm I want to turn the engine off so I am not pursuing this direction. Ernie |
