Canon SD630 vs Canon SD600

My mom is making me pick which I want early...I gather the only real difference is that the 630 doesn't have the optical viewfinder. Does anyone who knows digital cameras have any opinions on these two?

I have the SD 600 and really like it. It takes the best movies compared to my Sony, Kodak or Minolta. And it is by far the smallest as well. I don't ever use the viewfinder, I would go for the 600 since it is a bit smaller and cheaper.

Thanks for the opinion, the 630 is the same size though, I think?

I thought so as well by the links you have say the 630 is slightly larger. Probably not enough to really matter, but some anyway.

It's larger but thinner, I think to accomodate the larger LCD screen. I will prolly go that option since I don't really carry any other electronics (except I will be carrying my dictionary in japan) and the small extra bit of size won't make much of a difference.
