up to 470 mpg at 60mph form your bike
I posted this in the car area and I thought I should post it here to!
A very rare image of just what Charly's 185 Yamaha looked like before the streamlined fairing* was installed. Charly says: "Our chopped and lowered tall geared bare bike got about 200 mpg - mileage leaped to 300 mpg when the fairing was installed" https://www.craigvetter.com/pages/470...20winners.html I think the stock bike got about 70 mpg at the most so they got it up to 200 with about 100% load on the engine and super tunning. What do you think? can a large improvment like that be made on a car? or is a bike just that far off from the factory? 470 mpg https://www.craigvetter.com/pages/470...PG%20Main.html |
I think your links got shortened https://www.craigvetter.com/pages/470...37;20Main.html
I have read before that that shape is pretty slippery. |
if you can reduce your cars weight to 250 pounds, put 2" wide tires on it, and make it a foot and a half wide, I'm sure your car could do the same thing, of course your car has the advantage of having fuel injection, more cylenders alowing better toruqe, and doesn't need you to put your food down at a stop sign.
