Um lessee here ...um 90* , no garage , car is in severe need of Mr Clean ,lawn needs to be mowed ,and the dog is in dire *need* of a walk . So after the shade hits ...I'll be doin the deed :p (minus the Mr Clean as that is a Friday task )
