Welcome to the site! Considering the size and equipment you are running on that rig, 15 MPG isn't bad....

i have done alot of mods to make better fuel economy, Condensator, Removed the power steering pump and went back to a manual steering box, I upgraded the carb from a Carter BBD, to a holley 2210 off a dodge 360, Switched it from an automatic tranny to a 4 speed manual,

Btw its a fulltime 4wd

the starting fuel econ was 6-8Mpg now it gets an average of 15 mpg

wsm41bn -

Welcome to GS! Speaking of snow and ice, but not as much mud, I hope you don't have to do too much Ice Road Trucking!
