Super MID still available ?

What is the latest with the Super MID ?
Can I still buy one ?

How accurate is it ?
I saw that the Scanguage can show very small changes like a + or - of just 1 MPG in real time.
What I'd like to do is be able to do testing that shows even a small change in FE.
I'd like to be able to drive along a road at a certain speed, note the reading, pull over on the side of the road, block my grill up, go back and repeat the same drive and note the differences.

Is the Super MID accurate enough to show information like this ?

Yeah, it's accurate. Uses the speedo and the injector pulse width. Send a PM to yoshi and check out his info portal on here for more.
