Is the VX negative switching or positive?

I was cleaning out an old tool chest and found an after market wiper delay gizmo new in its package. I think I was supposed to install it in my dads old 89 MPV but I never got around to it. It would be perfect for the VX, but I need to know if it is positive or negative switching so I know which directions to follow. Sounds like a fun little Sunday project!

Most Hondas are switched negative, as in, they have a constant 12V to whatever circuit there is, but the switch is on the negative side to complete it.

Thanks once again TomO. I'm on my way to intermittent wiper heaven!
