That VIN you gave me isn't valid. It needs to be 17 digits

I'm honestly scared to see mine after finding some repair bills in my car after buying it...but why not. It'll be entertaining at least!

I've actually had that same message from carfax before for a car I know had a "valid" title and the correct vin inputed into it...kinda scared me...but the car is sold now.

He could've just typed something wrong though.

CoolBreeze 11-04-2007 01:56 PM

Great! ... I've recently started a new job as a delivery driver and I'm driving my own car so I'm now on the search for a more fuel efficient vehicle and I just happened to come across this web site and this thread. I would appreciate it if you could run this VIN on a Geo Metro for me 2C1MS2468R6782572 - also if you could run the the VIN on my current vehicle as well 1G4AL5134J6438788

Thanks

Matt Timion 11-05-2007 08:22 AM

you guys might want to send me your email address in a private message. For some reason CARFAX doesn't give links to all of the reports. It's rather annoying.

And that was by memory! Same as WL41U8A169091
Maybe this will tell me why the rad support was replaced and the tranny line was kinked!

Thanks in advance!

B~

Danronian 11-05-2007 08:51 AM

Thanks a lot for running my VX for me! Looks like the carfax history is clean! Good selling point at least.

Thanks for running those reports for me, I have another one on a Geo that I would like to ask you to check, it's - 2C1MR2269T6777208 -

Thanks Again

Hey Matt,

If you are still up for running a VIN #...I was looking at this wrecked 97 escort for the drivetrain and wanted to verify the low 18k mi claim the seller is making.

VIN #1falp13p2vw219480

Thanks! :)
