Cost and benefit decision (kinda long)

Cost and benefit decision

I have a decision to make, the monetary side of it is posted, with most of the info I have available in the attached jpg.
Please look at the attached jpeg. On the far right is the cost in yen that I predict will be the average for the next year. The mix is 2/3 diesel, with a mix of veg oil and kerosene the remainder. The KM is the distance I drove last year, which I don’t see changing much. The vehicles listed are shown below

Surf (4runner) https://www.goo-net.com/cgi-bin/goojp...e=maker_search

Subaru Forester https://www.goo-net.com/cgi-bin/goojp...e=maker_search

EP91 Starlet https://www.goo-net.com/cgi-bin/goojp...e=maker_search

Cube https://www.goo-net.com/cgi-bin/goojp...e=maker_search

Kei https://www.goo-net.com/cgi-bin/goojp...maker_search
or

The next set of numbers is the km per liter I have read about. Next is annual road tax. Next is the Binannual inspection (Shaken).

On the lower line is the math that I have done for overall cost. The Vehicle part is what the vehicle will probably cost to buy.

As you can see from the numbers, the Cube will be cheapest, but it is dependant on the couple not selling it to the first in line. So let disregard it now.

Vehicle needs would be in the Kei or EP91 area. The Subaru or Surf would be for play, wouldn’t mind trying the surf on water injection and the veg oil mix to decrease emissions, fuel usage, and dino usage.

Or

Saturns in automatic guise are available. Probably about the same price overall as the Subaru. It would be something to play around with. Cavalier z24 would be available also, a little more than the Saturn, but I could buy software to try to tune it for better mileage. The Saturn or Cavalier would be cheaper to maintain because parts could be bought from America for much cheaper (read $50 for PCV valve) than they can be bought here.

If you have read all this, props to you. If you had to choose a vehicle, which would you choose? Please ask more questions if there is something you don't understand.
