Rear wheel skirt material ???
What is the best and the cheapest material for rear wheel skirt? I was thinking about plastic storage container (those what you can buy in Walmart).

Coroplast...it's free after campaign season. It's also cheaper to get an 4' x8' sheet from a sign shop than one container from walmart.

if ya need somehitng a bit more sturdy (maybe? i dunno, just another option) you can go to lowes, home depo, etc and get a roll of roof flashing. very thin sheet of aluminum. comes in a 10 ft roll and 14 inches wide. i made my grill block out of this. since its very thin and aluminum its very light. (its about as thin as a soda can wall) but wont melt or burn if it gets near hot things.

I second the aluminium, although I went with 0.6mm thickness. If you have a silver car, you might not even want to paint it.

I used foamboard and red duck tape.

Sheet metal may scratch your paint....
My recommendation is this : https://www.gassavers.org/showthread.php?t=5755  :D |

OR... get a car so cheap you don't care about resale value, and go nuts. |

wooden bathroom panel
I've found in my basment old sheet of old bathroom wall panel. It looks like thick(3mm) wooden laminated cardboard. Do you guys think I could use that for my wheel skirts?
