I have one of those that I bought to install after removing my A/C, it would appear that at the factory they used magic, or heat to attach that sheat to the back of the grill, I ended up useing zip ties, then I made a external grill block that basicly covered the same area but doesn't hold snow when you bump a snow bank.

That's great, thanks for the tip. :)
Is it safe to use in an A/C equipped car?

I wouldn't recommend using it on an A/C equipped car unless you don't plan on using the A/C.

It's my 94 in the picture. I thought all VX's had this.
I run my AC during the Summer with no problems.

I thought I've seen that picture before. Well, then I'll change the credit of the picture to you, sigifrith.

Shouldn't cost much if you can find one in a scrapyard.
