Pontiac Fierro and Drivability

Hey there guys I noticed a couple 4cyl fieros sitting around town and was just wondering if anyone knew about the reliability of these and also most importantly if it is possibly to drive one of these cars in the snow. I really am in dire need to get out of the land yacht because I'm going to start commuting to school this next semester, other than that looking at an echo. Thanks for all the help guys happy holidays!

I've got friends with fieros. The engine itself (most likely the 2.5 TBI I4 "iron duke") isn't that impressive with a scant 90-some hp but the car weighs about 12 lbs so it's got some get up and go. and from what I've heard, they have about as much snow traction as a hovercraft which is to say not much. If you're like me that's a selling point. most people don't see it that way though.
