Maybe not perfect but coming soon over there. |
Huh... Pretty interesting. Things should start heating up in the auto arena. This car in particular doesn't catch my interest, but new offerings from the company definitely could. I sincerely hope that America starts getting some of these cars. More choice is always better for the consumer.

sure chinese car industry is getting a more serious player on the global market, but still there have been quite a few cases of chinese cars planned to be released in europe being canceled when the crash results came in... i'd be seriously concerned with the safety and reliability of such a car... especially since it's such a new technology. it will all look flashy and affordable, but how long will it last? on the other hand it could speed up the overal developement... |

Anyone know who owns the electric power companies? . . . oil companies?

No, not at all....we're flooded with Chinese products. You had just mentioned a few days ago that "if you couldn't say something nice, don't say anything at all" (ala Thumper in Bambi).

I'd never drive a Chinese vehicle of any type, especially after seeing some of the crash tests done by Euro NCAP on their cars. They fare worse than old VW Beetles and 90's era Ford pickups in the tests from what I've seen.
Especially: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9YbDCvrBBk and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F06LjugtIUo They're just as bad as the Ford F150 circa 1997 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lB0araA0T_k Even this '60s bug fares better by the looks of things https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKf4dsn9Zs0 |
I was just about to post those videos haha
