? about diagnostic tools

Looking to get some tools for the shop but can't seem to find what I need in the shops or eBay

Fuel pressure gauge: Helms says fuel system pressure should be in the 40-47psi range but can't find a shop gauge to go past 10psi
Is this going to be one of those painfully expensive "specialty" tools or am I looking in the wrong places to buy?

Timing Light: Anything special here? Standard inductive or one with 'advance'?
Any personal preferences and why?

Would like to get a Vacuum/pressure gauge combo if possible but if the pressure side gets too pricey will just a vacuum gauge suffice for most diagnostics? Any opinions on which to get and why?

Thanks!

B&M makes a fuel pressure gauge for imports (read fuel injected) vehicles.

I've used both styles of timing lights on my Honda and either works fine.

A Vacuum gauge should suffice for your measurements...Autometer, Sunpro or just about any company makes them. You could also get a vacuum/boost gauge combo for around $40 from Autometer.

Ah, didn't think about using 'in dash' variety. Good idea. Suppose I could use it as a test gauge or permanently mount it in cabin. I'll probably hold off on this till I *need* to test the fuel pressure/regulator tho.

Thanks for the input! :)
