Hey Guys I have an 02 Ford F-150 w/ 5.4 liter, please tell me what I can do to get better MPG's. Alos have a 06 Kia Spectra what can I do with this one also....

FYI, I use Synthetic Oils, Maintain it better than most, and use high Air Pressure. The truck is getting 18 MPGS and The Kia is 27.

Be sure to check out the sticky post of Gas Saving tips to see what else you can do.

Also filling out vehicle information in the garage section can help you track your vehicles' gas mileage.

I bet you can squeeze much more out of the Kia, and you're doing pretty well with the Truck.
