How about a column for driving characteristics within the Basic Stats Table for a given fuel up or driver (e.g., on this tank in drive 80% highway, these were all city miles in stop and go traffic, i drive the speed limit). Maybe a pull down menu with some general categories to provide context that impact mpg for a giving fuel up or drive.

Yeah, we plan to add a nice and easy slider that sits in the middle at 50%/50% highway/city and you can adjust it accordingly with each fill-up.

Until we add some new features for this type of info, you could always add notes or special tags to fuel-ups so you remember details like highway vs. city driving. Then it'd be easy to go in later once we have special tools and edit your fuel-ups to take advantage of them.
