Found a VX out of state with a little rust behind rear wheels + smog ?
 

If the rust is not too bad would it be a bad idea buying a car from the east coast and bringing it to California provided it passed smog? It is hard buying site unseen but damn a one owner VX that looks in good condition is hard to pass up unless it is covered in rust. I would assume that if one panel has a bit of rust that it could be throughout the car especially the underside. thoughts? thanks
