I know I built something very similar a few years ago and was able to get my dad's Suburban to idle with the float bowl empty and the fuel line disconnected, and then later I found a way using similar ideas to get the 1973 Olds 350 V8 in my Cutlass to idle at WOT, but I never actually got a HyCO.

I'm going to be purchasing an older pickup pretty soon, I think I might give the HyCo a try. . .though I bet NOX emissions will be off the charts :eek:
