2002 civic si

I am buying a '02 si. I know its not the best for FE, but it should be a tiny bit better than my Accord.

I honestly don't know that you are going to see much (if any) improvement. Although you tend to think of a Civic as being lighter, the 2002 SI actually is almost as big and heavy as your Accord.

Yea, 2700 vs 2900 not much difference. it does have a smaller motor, and the vtec can help with FE IF I keep the foot out of it.. If I really wanted FE, I would have looked for a HX, but I really liked the SI. I did a 39 mpg tank in the accord. If I can get an occasional 40 mpg tank, I will be happy...
