Bought me a commuter car last summer for my 45 mi. commute. Found a '95 Ford Aspire (Assfire) for $950! I had to do something driving my Expedition to work @ 15 mpg! I had been getting 41mpg in the Apsire... now driving some pulse and glide (?) I got 49 mpg yesterday! Im hoping to keep it in the 50's. I used to be a musclecar guy... now I'm a high-miler wannabe! Anyone else drive an Aspire?A couple years ago I woulda thought it's the lamest POS car there is... now w/ today's gas prices, I'm quite found of it!

Welcome to the converted Supertom. All sorts of people are turning into mileage weenies these days. I'd say most are motorheads of some sort or another. I've seen other places that the Assfire can get some good numbers, yours confirm it. Keep dialing your driving in and you should reach your 50+ average.
