EPA avtar or signature? how do i get one?

how do i get one of these as my signature https://www.gassavers.org/gaslog/sig.php?id=816

It appears under your garage entry when you have a gaslog. Then you copy and paste the link in the signature editor in the control panel with {IMG}{/IMG} either side, but use the square brackets.

Just curious - mine has a Hypermiler! designation. What are the different designations?
