Control the fuel, Yoda say.
Control the fuel you must.
Of relays and wire you have heard? |
I dig the whole 'Star Wars' thing, but I still don't know what you're refering to.

For EOC nirvana, someone wished.
To achieve that, control the injector you must. |
EOC may be possible for some, but in my case it really isn't practical.
It's also illegal in Virginia. In reading some of the info here on the VX by Mr Krouse I learned that shutting the engine off kills lean burn for 30 seconds after restart. I have found that even P&G in a VX has a threshold where it becomes less efficient to just maintain your speed. The best two tactics for me are just to keep mhy speed below 55, and utilize DFCO to the greatest extent possible. regards gary |

Letting off the throttle kills the injectors but keeps the engine running so you have power brakes and power steering. I can think of no better "kill switch" than that.

Unfortunately all vehicles aren't equipped with DFCO.
|
Its easy to figure out if DFCO is possible.
