I want to help get the US off foreign oil

I believe that the technoligy exist right now we could start building 100 MPG gallon cars in the next fee years

I want to give it a shot going to build a 3 wheeler next year been study high milage cars like the XR3 and VW one litter and have bought several kit car plans for 3 wheelers want to make my own plans for a fast and easy to build 3 wheeler based on droping out a complete front suspension from a compact car and adding a light weigh body frame and rear wheel.
