Anyone interested in some kind of gathering in eastern Pennsylvania?

I'm planning to try some aero mods on my Celica, and would love to see what others have done (aero or otherwise) to their cars. I'll try to find a local source for coroplast if this goes anywhere.

Coopersburg thats near Quakertown? right I think I knew a girl from there in college...anyways I'm in Phoenixville I venture up to Penssburgh for the junkyard often which is towards you...anyways

Yea I'd probably be down for a GS meet...I just picked up a sheet of 4'x8' Black Coro for $22...I'm sure I could get more if others need...I also have some VG's I want to get on the sol soon and a rear wing Idea I have to help improve aero...

I'd love to see the "Del Slow" in person. Coopersburg is north of Q-Town, about 10-15 minutes from Harry's (I assume that's the junkyard in Pennsburg you're talking about). I've never actually been to Harry's yet, I keep meaning to go look for wheels, preferably while they are on special.

BTW, I assume you didn't transport a 4x8 sheet of coro in the Del Sol, right? That's one of my holdups in getting some coro, I figure I'll have to take the van to pick it up.

If we could get more people by moving it south, I'd be open to that.

EDIT: Note, that is not intended to be me volunteering your place for the gathering. Public sites or any GS member who volunteers themselves. Obviously I'm up for having it at or near my place if that works for people.

Yea I had to borrow a truck to pick up the coro...its about the same size as my car lol :-P

Looking for GS members in Eastern PA (or anywhere in the region if willing to travel to eastern PA) who would be interested in a gathering to discuss hypermiling, do a little bit of aero (and maybe other) work, and have some fun (if it's at my place, I'll grill some burgers or something, weather permitting).

Bump again. Last chance for us to set up something for Labor Day weekend (Saturday or Monday would be best), in the Lehigh Valley or Bucks-Mont region.

If it doesn't work for this weekend, and there is interest later, that's fine.

I think I paid around $12 per 4x8 sheet. They supply to sign shops, but if you walk in, they will sell to you directly.

Nope, not me. That would be 'roadrunner' that has the Yaris. I have never met him yet.

I am the Yaris Hatchback from Perkasie. I have seen XFi driving in Quakertown a few times, but we have never met. I would be interested in a meeting in this area.
