Browse by MPG, etc

How about enhancing the Browse Cars section to browse by average fuel economy for each car type. That way we can actually find the cars that are getting the best MPG or the closest to manufacturer estimates.

Yeah, once we get more data, we'll start playing with different ways to visualize it like this.
