that's exactly what it is. It is unique to the Civic VX (the control box). Some say that it actually hurts the fuel economy. if I can find other ways to lower emissions (hydrogen boost?) I might...

That is good

That's the same as about 47 miles-per-gallon using US standards. My goal is to get between 50 and 60 after all of my modifications.
