I think maybe it should remain overall top 10 on...
I think maybe it should remain overall top 10 on main page but be categorized by engine size as separate pages. Maybe by displacement, # of cylinders, then vehicle type. Top 10 for each category...

But how would you differentiate who is getting ****ty mileage in a car thats supposed to get 30 mpg and someone doing great in a vehicle thats EPA 15mpg.

Maybe so, but there should still be an overall top 10, even if there is a top 10 in other categories. I think it would bring more use of the site.
