Made a few more changes...

Reinstalled the old J channels just in case my folded seals don't hold up.

Moved the gas struts from the rear to the middle as this will allow more clearance in the back.






Spliced the rear window halves together and added magnets to keep the window opened when the hatch is open or closed on the tail gate to keep it from flying open while driving.

Got 27.66mpg at 65mph from the Biloxi to College Station segment of the trip. More than enough people slowing down to 65mph just to snap some piccies of the setup (at night even!)

Here's a rear shot from 50' away when I was in Biloxi...


I'll be pulling the fiberglass tub out later this week when it warms up so I can start building the trailer shape to better match the aero cap shape.
