Post Ride an electric Bike to Save Fuel

I ride my ebike for short trips which saves gas since my xterra is extremely poor on gas milage before it warms up. Try converting your bike to electric and you will enjoy riding it again. I put side bags on my bike and with a trailer I can do most of my shopping on my bike.
What do you think?

I would consider an electric motorcycle for in town trips, but an electric bicycle does not appeal to me. I voted Maybe... Maybe if it was an electric motorcycle...

This is so true. You can save a lot in using an electric bike or simply a bike especially if you can possibly travel by only using it. I assume this will be best for short trips.

I have an E bike, I love it!

E bikes are great on nice days! Very convenient and fun. The more traffic, the better an E-bike is, I can get places quicker on the bike than the car when in the inner city. My only problem is worrying about it getting stolen.

It is great fun to ride an electric bike. I have bought this electric bike Z1 7-Speed Compact Folding Electric Bike 20" - Black
I am using it for about eight months now. It is 20” speed folding bike with 250w electric motor. Its maximum speed is 25km/h which is road legal and I can ride it without a license or tax. This is really awesome bike and in affordable price. I am really happy with it.

I think an electric bike should compliment your car not to replace it. Ride your electric bike once or twice a week and it will be an easy way to save fuel and money without making sacrifices.

Great idea, I would consider one myself! We are in the process of moving house, so money is tight. However, we're only 7 miles from the coast so would be perfect for avoiding parking charges. But would it get stolen?!

I've only ridden an e-bike once and hated it. It was slow. Attempted a 15 mile round trip and it ran out of battery power around mile number 10. Had to manually pedal the heavy thing the rest of the way.

I have a kit in my garage my next door neighbor bought, Chinese made. As far as I am concerned it's junk. The instructions are atrocious. You would think that if they wanted to actually sell these to anyone but the first sucker in line, they would spend some time actually writing a decent instruction-assembly manual.

My guess would be the word "comprehensive" does not exist in their language. More expensive scrap metal in my opinion.
