Opened airbox & larger main carb jets (tuned with O2 meter, so fairly neutral effect)
Note: all the later Keihin carb 885cc models (post '98) are 15 to 20% better in fuel economy than earlier Mikuni models.
Mileage is 58 to 63 (UK) mpg, local riding to long journeys.
