Rough tank- took a long time, stuck in traffic, occasional- short use with big time intervals between- so long, in fact, that valves were tapping on start up! Didn't run well, even on the highway, just not a good tank.

No Lucas Oil in tank, mixed riding, all post ticket. So, slower speeds & searching for the right gear. Now noticing clunking in engine under 4,000 RPM's- and, NOT enjoying it at all. Thinking about a 'mid service interval' oil change (break in miles...)

Best & worst throw out. This ca't be accurate @ 64.9MPG. I added SeaFoam & Lucas Oil prior to fill, and, overfilled tank a little as well? No idea how it was this high- NOT accurate? Want to delete this fill up or 'make up' numbers tat make it average 50 MPG, so, it doesn't skew the entire 45 days of tracking.

With Lucas Oil, mixed riding. Possible transposition of numbers after the decimal point- creating an impossible MPG read-out @ 65 MPG? (Original= 1.46). This gallon count is a lie @ 1.894 to prevent a total skew of overall numbers- can't delete entire post- so, this is the best solution.

LAST fill up with 16 tooth front sprocket. Looking for INCREASE in MPG's with 17 tooth- let's see. Not noisier, not more prone to stalling, but, feels smoother (slower)? yes, it had Lucas Oil in the tank...

Yes: Lucas Oil. Gas Light came on @ 160.7 Miles, unable to fill until 170.5 miles. Very aggressive driving, colder weather.

Yes: LucasOil, but, aggressive riding? Highspeed highway with winds, no drafting, high rev backroads, tire pressures were very low: 24F/34R, fixed 5 miles B4 re-fill. Triumph sez" 34F/42R cold (68 degrees). No miles @ 70 degrees....

No Lucas Oil in tank, lots of high RPM romping on it, some highspeed highway action (70 to 110MPH), but, no moderate speed backroads. Very aggressive for the whole tank.

70% secondary roads @ 45-60MPH, 30% aggressive backroad driving, 8,500RPM or more. quickshifter got used quite a bit

Caught in Severe storm, "First Service": Oil & Filter, chain lube & adjust, engine mount bolts checked, OEM 'add on' parts installed, but, lousy MPG's???

Mostly highway & 4 lane 2ndary roads (50-60MPH). No hypermiling, but, yes to drafting & short shifting often. Commute style driving, 2 gear shifts up- each time to 6th. Cruised @ 35+ MPH in 6th- no problem, no lugging.
