Checked air filter Generac® 0G3332 - Air Filter Element @14.50 from Amazon. Length: 85 mm, Outlet Size: 85 mm Changed oil filter Generac 070185E Checked spark plug. gap .030 inches. champion RC14YC Change spark plug and air filter at next service. Tightened both intake hose clamps. Wiped down top of case where lid gasket sits. Need to check valve lash. If valve clearance is 0.002" - 0.004" (0.05 - 0.1mm), adjustment is not needed. I have 2 valve cover gaskets.

Checked air filter Generac Changed oil filter Generac 070185E Adjusted spark plug. gap .030 inches. champion RC14YC reattached anti lash spring on the governor rod. Adjusted valve lash from less than .002 to .003+-less than .004! Reused same valve cover gasket. I have 2 valve cover gaskets.

1.5 quarts Mobil1 Annual protection 10-30w synthetic. Checked air filter Generac Changed oil filter Generac 070185E Checked spark plug. gap .030 inches. champion RC14YC Change spark plug and air filter at next service. Tightened both intake hose clamps. Wiped down top of case where lid gasket sits. Need to check valve lash. If valve clearance is 0.002" - 0.004" (0.05 - 0.1mm), adjustment is not needed. I have 2 valve cover gaskets.

Replaced the air filter which was clean! Tighten the intake hose screws.

Adjusted to .003 ( .002-.004). Used T-55 socket for the 10mm allen wrench and a 1/2 inch wrench for the hold down nut.

Replaced starter solenoid (contactor) to clear RPM Sensor Loss error light and a no starter cranking. Generac PN G086729, $25.39. 15.56 volts DC measured on small red wire coming from circuit board which is from the built-in battery trickle charger. Still hard start. Also ordered Ignition coil, GH410 w/advance, Generac PN 0G9241T $25.3.
