Installed black anodized cross-drilled rotor and semi-metallic pad kit from breakperformance.com (Lifetime warranty). New brake hardware installed as well. Upper slide pin on both rear calipers was nearly frozen. Cleaned with wire brush and relubed, good slide action afterwards. Partial bleed of system done at each caliper when pushing pistons in and until fluid ran clear. 8-10oz of valvoline synthetic DOT 3 or 4 fluid installed to replace fluid from bleeding system. Performed 16 runs from 60-20mph to bed in brakes. Notable hot smell and brake fade present on last run.

Replaced intercooler and hot side couplers and charge pipes with ZZP components. Boost leak now gone, car idles and runs way better. Hesitation under throttle is now gone as well.

Noted poorer than usual fuel mileage and lack of power in car over past few weeks. Boost gauge also indicated intake system was not holding pressure. Performed system pressure test at 15-20 psi and found intercooler to be leaking from previous damage (wrench shaped impression that was found when I replaced the lower grille after removing aftermarket grille installed by previous owner). New intercooler and upper system charge pipes ordered from ZZP. $640

Replaced front and rear shocks/struts, Sway bar links, sway bar bushings, and drivers lower control arm. All GM parts used from gmpartsdirect.com, self installed.

Oil life monitor at 7%. Pennzoil ultra platinum 5w-30, Bosch oil filter. Added 5.25 qt of oil. Initial level was one bar low on dipstick, no oil added since last change.
