Installed 6 each Bosch P/N 0280156161 fuel injectors to replace the stock injectors. Both old and new injectors rated at 24 lbs.

Started driving Karen-mobile again as daily driver. Noted grinding noise from rear wheels when brakes are applied. Noted that parking brake was non-functional.

Installed strut tower support. Installed windshield wiper assembly. Installed cowl. Reassembled interior. Test-drove around local neighborhood. Noted lack of cruise control due to PCM being hardwired into Neutral.

Rebled clutch with help from wife. Installed tunnel reinforcement bar. Changed engine oil and filter. Installed lower engine aero panels. Lowered Karen-mobile off jacks. Re-installed aero wheel covers. Started engine, backed out of garage, pulled back into garage in reverse.

Wired up PCM to think that the transmission shift lever position is in Neutral. Started engine and ran for one minute. Discovered that grounds were inadvertently cut for alternator field excitation coil, A/C clutch coil, manifold tuning valve coil, and EGR solenoid coil. Re-ran ground wire for these affected components. Re-started engine, verified normal engine operation. Noted that clutch appeared to not have been fully bled, due to spongy feel and grabby clutch behavior.

Removed 3.64 rear differential, installed 2.87 rear differential. Drilled and tapped new bolt hole for battery holddown clamp bolt.

Widened hole in driveshaft tunnel, temporarily installed shifter. Fabricated shifter rear mount.

Uninstalled transmission, hacked out 42RLE wiring, and taped engine wiring harness back together. Reinstalled transmission. Installed Challenger clutc/brake fluid reservoir. Finished installing clutch plumbing. Bled clutch hydraulics. Removed front bumper cover, then removed 42RLE transmission fluid supply and return lines to radiator. Reinstalled front bumper cover.

Drilled and tapped two holes in NSG370 transmission mount, to enable mount to be bolted onto existing transmission crossmember. Started cutting hole in driveshaft tunnel to accommodate shifter lever.

Sealed front and rear cases of NSG370 (with JK front case and ZH rear case/gear assembly) with anaerobic sealant, torqued down the case bolts, and filled with NSG370 gluten-free oil. Installed new pilot bearing. Installed new clutch disc and pressure plate. Mounted clutch fork, clutch slave cylinder, and throwout bearing. Installed NSG370 transmission. Installed JK starter.

Drilled and tapped new holes for transmission crossmember, using snapped existing bolts for filler material.

Removed original brake pedal assembly. Modified clutch pedal/brake assembly to fit brake master cylinder bolt pattern. Installed clutch pedal/brake assembly. Installed clutch plumbing from reservoir to clutch master cylinder, and from clutch master cylinder to clutch slave cylinder.

Installed new shifter shaft slide bearing into JK NSG370 front case, removed shifter shaft slide bearing from ZH NSG370 front case. Bolted ZH front case to JK rear case/gear assembly. Bolted JK front case to ZH rear case/gear assembly. Modified dust shield to fit rear end of 3.5L engine. Installed dust shield, flywheel, and headers. Installed "new" unused 2-year old pre-cat O2 sensors into headers.

Removed crankshaft position sensor. Removed dead transmission. Removed torque converter. Removed flexplate. Removed starter. Removed front case from both JK and ZH NSG370 transmissions. Verified that JK front case will for ZH rear case/gearing. Noted requirement to install shift shaft slider bearing into JK front case.
