Oil change. Lubed front end. Driver side lower BJ did not want to accept grease again. 5 qts Castrol 5W-30 HM. Also tried to clean out IAC with carb cleaner.

Trans fluid, filter, band adjustment. Front band around 3 turns. Rear band did 4 turns. Too much. 2-3 shift still too soft. Will try 2 or 3 turns next time. Also did fan clutch. Totally fixed the locked up issue I was having.

Oil change. 5 qts Valvoline HM 5W-30. Greased front end. Driver's lower ball joint would not accept grease. Cleaned out air intake and filter. Need to rotate tires.
