Replaced original orange coolant with new OEM yellow coolant. Flushed system then added equivalent of 6 qts of concentrated coolant.

Driver side B-Pillar replacement. Keypad malfunctioned after cracking. Replaced with OEM part after trying to use aftermarket part. Aftermarket part did not match color (black) and was not responsive to touches. OEM part works well and matches.

Replaced passenger side rotor with Motorcraft OEM. Replaced rear pads with pro stop z23 ceramic. Wear indicator included. OEM pads did not have wear indicator and pads wore into passenger side rotor. Front pads still have 50% life remaining.

Inspected fluid accumulating at bottom front of engine. Determined leak was due to transmission pressure port. Tightened and cleaned up.

PTU drained and refilled with OEM Motorcraft 75w-140 synthetic rear axle lubricant. About 12 ounces removed and 14 ounces refilled. Original oil looked good with some metal shavings on plug magnet. Extended the vent tube to refill PTU from up top without having to remove PTU cooling lines.
