This is a 5-speed manual transmission with some minor physical wear and tear but is regularly maintained; brakes, timing belt and battery have been replaced once and tires have been replaced twice.
Over 50% of my driving is "city" driving (as opposed to highway driving).
All fuel-ups represent once I started doing some minor hypermiling to improve fuel efficiency. My former mileage was usually around 27 - 28 mpg, although when I would take a long trip on the highway, my mileage would improve to 32 - 33 mpg. I have not taken the car on a long highway trip since I changed my driving habits, but my mileage has already improved to match the "highway" mpg.
