Payment was covered by maintenance service contract purchased with vehicle. Inspection of car revealed gasket cover seepage and worn engine belt. Estimate cost to repair is $660. Lastly extended warranty contract expired on March 12th. Yikes - repair and keep or sale.

NTB lost one of my wheel locks and wheel caps during tire installation. I sat there and watch the technician remove the caps and locks. However the store manager and all workers claim they saw the video depicting otherwise. They lost my business today. I will order new locks and caps from VW tomorrow. Update: ordered new locks today (9/7) and took invoice to NTB and got reimbursed for the amount paid. Thank you Jesus!
