Fixed! I'll do a DIY on it so future generations can find it in search/know they don't need to spend money on it.

I was encountering some flakiness, when trying to start, it was getting to where it would crank but not run. I pulled the relay, resoldered all of the connection's on the bottom of the board, reinstalled and it seems to be working rock solid. I think the problem is just some of the connections develp hairline cracks and they need to be heated and reflowed. Mine seems to be working solid and it's certainly better than getting beat in the heat, like SVOboy.
