you can get a universal armrest from JCwhitney for $39.99

It isn't as fancy looking but it does the job.

I have something similar in Rusty. Its an armrest/console/cupholder that I have seatbelted to the center position on the bench seat. Got it for $2 at the flea market years ago.

What year civic do you have? I installed an 94-01 Integra center console in my 1990 hatchback. Pretty amazing how well it fits. Let me know if you want pictures.

Here's the Integra Center Console in my EF Hatchback. I'll get a pick of the armrest later.
