DOH!!!
Some combination of antihistamines and generic absentmindedness, meant that somehow I came home from the store with Super 1000 instead of Super 2000, went to put it in today... and couldn't believe I'd done that... so I wnet back to the store to exchange it, and they had only had it in for the special and were now out of the 2000.... so Marvin got the Castrol GTX high mileage, which had just gone on sale cheaper, so I got a couple of bucks back in my pocket anyway. Shame, woulda liked to have tried the 2000, was meant to be good for longer changes, these other H-M oils seem to need strict 5000km changes, they suddenly go black and start smoking.
