I don't know the roads up there have a higher than normal drag - when I went up there I lost about 5-6 mpg.

I will say 18.5mpg since others are already taken.

The canoe will catch a lot of air coming up the windshield so the hydrodynamic efficiency of wetted hull surface has little to no effect on the aerodynamics of an inverted elongated fiberrglass 'parachute'.
