If you ever wanted to reinstall the front spoiler on your car, I might suggest flexible rubber trim.
I have some on my car and it works fine with driveways and speedbumps.
Also, I might point out that on my car I only have the front wheels covered by the spoiler since extending it all the way across would add frontal area and more drag to the car. ( My uderside is covered by the way )

Hey - one more thing - I really like that grill block you have on your Saturn!!

Nice skirts too. No brainer question here : You aren't driving around with your sunroof open like that are you ?

Editing the post yet again here : I just looked at your uploaded pictures that you have of your car.
That full bellypan /undertray/ whatever-you-want-to-call-it is fantastic !!

You would definately be hurting things by having the spoiler extend all the way across all of that fine smoothing you have done under the car.

After taking a good look at the underside of your car, I'd have to say that your car has the cleanest underside I have ever seen on a car ( factory cars included . )
Phenomenal effort and a huge congratulations !

I just wish my car was that sleek !

You should look at a lotus exige pan. Its dead flat. A noble m400 is similar.
Bring your car up and we'll put a pan on it. You'll need some materials. Its actually not cheap anymore though. I'm thinking about going to a fiberglass panels because the aluminum transmits noise and because its rigidly mounted the twisting of the unibody cause waves that flop around on the highway.

I close the sunroof after 40mph. That sunroof was designed completely without thought!
