Dodge says don't drive the Demon below 15 Degrees

In temperatures below 15° F, the Drag Tires can lose flexibility and that may lead to cracking and other tire damage. The most important feature on the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is the factory-mounted drag radial tires. These barely-street-legal slicks make it possible to put the Demon's 840 horsepower to the ground, enabling a 0-60 time of 2.3 seconds and a quarter-mile of 9.65. Those tires also severely limit how you can use your Demon.

My Ford Focus had 'summer only' tires on it (OEM) they didn't recommend anything below 40 fahrenheit IIRC

A big "Amen!" to that.

I recently saw a review comparing a Chevy Corvette to a well-matched Porsche 911. The 'Vette was a formidable performer, but it was a twitchy handful in the twisties, requiring a skilled driver with quick reflexes.

The Demon, like other American muscle cars, excels at straight line acceleration... assuming you can keep it straight. There are lots of Fail videos on YouTube featuring muscle cars (and foreign exotics), brisk acceleration, loss of control, and a crash.

Personally, I really like a 911 with AWD, like the Carrera 4S, Turbo, and Turbo S. You get brisk acceleration (supercar territory with the Turbo and Turbo S), as well as very civilized composure and grace, even in the twisties. My kind of car

I wouldn't think specialized tires like that would be any good for anything even close to 15* anyway.

I kinda wanna like the Demon, as I've never been able to find much joy in cornering, but specialized drag cars aren't my bag either.

Still, gotta give em credit for even having the guts to put this thing out. But my guess is there might be a bit of a hangover from the corporate suits and they're feeling a need to start putting out a bunch of disclaimers.
